FetchBuddy is a software platform designed to support dog walking businesses and teams with scheduling, management, and related tools. Some features may be offered as part of a beta or early access program.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• You must be operating or intending to operate a dog walking or pet care business

FetchBuddy may offer access to certain features as part of a beta program. By participating, you acknowledge that beta features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change.

Participation in the beta program is not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

FetchBuddy may offer a free trial period for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a free trial.

At the end of any free trial or beta period, you will be notified in advance before any paid plan begins. You will not be charged without your explicit agreement to a paid subscription.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for FetchBuddy and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
• Do not upload malicious code or harmful content

Your use of FetchBuddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

All content, software, branding, and trademarks associated withFetchBuddy are owned by or licensed to FetchBuddy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.

FetchBuddy may integrate with third-party services. FetchBuddy is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those services.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

FetchBuddy is provided on an “as is” basis, especially during beta. While we do our best to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee it will always function perfectly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchBuddy is not responsible for any loss of income, loss of business, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

If FetchBuddy is found to be responsible for a problem, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, or nothing if you are using a free or beta version.

FetchBuddy may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
